I using Reliance Jio approximately 5 month, my own experience with Reliance jio is very bad because its network is very bad, it’s signal strength is very poor that can be disturb on your call and internet speed also. Reliance Jio is very cheap in comparison to other network provider but it is not good in all over service, mainly in call and internet speed.
Customer Service; if we talk about the Reliance Jio Customer service, it is very bad and poor in condition, no customer support and service.
Charges and Billing; Reliance Jio is very cheap and in your budget.
so if you want a best network for call’s and internet speed so you don’t buy Reliance Jio. this is a name only 4g network but it’s not working properly.
