I AM A VERY OLD CUSTOMER OF JIO. AT THE BEGINNING, IN MY AREA THE INTERNET SPEED WAS NOT VERY GOOD BUT NOT VERY BAD, YOU CAN WATCH ONLINE VIDEO ON YOUTUBE IN A LOW QUALITY, ALSO YOU CAN SEND MESSAGES IN WHATS APP MESSENGER OR FACEBOOK MESSANGER ETC. THE NETWORK SPEED WAS FINE FOR ME AND JIO PACKS COMES UNDER MY BUDGET SO I DECIDED NOT TO CHANGE MY NUMBER AND I REGISTERED MY NUMBER IN ALL OF MY BANK ACCOUNTS AND ALL OF MY OFFICIAL SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS. BUT AFTER THAT YEAR, SUDDENLY IN MY AREA THE NETWORK SPEED BECOMES POOR AND POOR DAY BY DAY, SOMETIMES I WAS UNABLE TO SEND A MESSAGE IN A WHATS APP MESSENGER. THE RATES OF JIO PACKS ARE ALSO BECOME VERY COSTLY. AND CUSTOMER CARE DOESNT CARE AT ALL, ITS BEEN 4 YEARS AND RIGHT NOW I AM SITTING OUTSIDE FROM MY HOME AND WRITING THIS REVIEW USING JIO NETWORK BECAUSE INSIDE MY HOME THE INTERNET OF JIO NETWORK DOESNT WORK. AND CUSTOMER CARE WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL. I WILL CHANGE MY OPERATER.
