Reliance Jio: Today Jio has greatly occupied the market and other network companies are facing problem to compete with Jio. But this is only due to the free policy implemented by Jio which is nothing but a full proof plan by Jio for occupying the market.
Even if it is free the network coverage is extreme bad both in calling an internet.Sudden signal drop gives a huge problem to customer. Sometimes there is so much chopping of sounds during calling that one cannot hear and understand nothing. Again sometimes there is extreme fall in net speed that a 2g network can serve even more fast than it.So, whats the need of using that free policy if it cannot meet the needs of people?
The customer service of Jio is average as they give responses on twitters and others to help the customers.
As said earlier they are playing business game, after March 2017 they are going to implement charges to recover the loss made in the free period. But there is no need of using such bad network by paying to it.
So, I recommend to use other network services than Jio.
