Today I am going to review on relience jio network.
5 months earlier, I was buyed a 4g handset and get a jio sim, take plan 399 which is 60 days 60 gb data on 4g handset.
First two months I used jio, and I was a happy customer of jio. Their networks, customer service, billings all were good and lovely.but slowly slowly the network were gone and its became slow network.
Today I was download a app on the playstore and it was a 65 Mb. But my network fulfill the download, and it’s take time 30 minutes. It is very worry and horrible. There is a 1.64 kbps. Minimum speed is 1.00 kbps and maximum speed is 55 kbps. It’s horrible speed I ever had seen.
Then I called in jio customer service center. I said all of my problem to the customer care executive, they said me that he will fix my problem as soon as possible. But my network didn’t fix till now. Their customer service is very poor.
Now I am decided that I am leave jio network due to slow network and their customer service executive poor behaviour.
