I firstly want to tell that it has best network coverage as it comes in my college. its best network that I ever seen as mmy college building has jammer so signal is never conneting to phone but as jio has its best LTE Network coverage its mindblowing as it comes even there is a jammer located in building its internet speed is not somewhat like 4g they said I will give 3/5 to their speed of internet. I dont think its customer service is that much good because there are many call drops on this network I faced it many times!
talking upon charges and billimg right now jio provides free calling and texting for lifetime and this is the best part of jio that took it to the 1st selling brand of network.
