I did not receive OTP via MyJio app for barcode generation. I double checked my mobile no and it was correct. As the OTP was not received, I am unable to generate barcode and hence can’t get a Jio SIM. I contacted Reliance Jio outlet as well as Jio care and they are totally unable to help me in this matter. Jio customer care keeps telling me to contact local Reliance outlet. I clearly told them my issue several times and they keep bragging that to generate barcode I have to download Jio app. If this is the kind of service customers are getting during initial 2 months of Jio launch, imagine how would it be after few more months.
