I am using jio from more than one years and I am fully satisfied with jio network and the internet speed of jio but little bit unhappy about the jio service of problems.They are not working on customers problems so fast they are totaly unsucessful about this matter.The jio network is now available in all around place but the network speed is not so good.Nut now I m facing the problems are one is the indoor network quality when I am home I am not able to call or internet as I dont get the so good network quality I m get very poor network.And the other problem is when I am in home the internet speed is so slow about 600kb/sec but when outdoor I m get 6mb/sec.so the network quality is need to improve
