Hi Friends, I review many telecom operator in India and today I am going to share my views and experiences with Reliance Jio. Jio is fastest growing network in the world. With less than a year in service it reached surprisingly to 10 millions subscribers. So let see how its working and provide services to the Indian customers -
First of all as I always said Network Coverage is the prime focus for a customer. As we know that Jio is established a year ago by the richest man of India Mr. Mukesh Ambani. When it was launch from that time their prime focus is network coverage and they bid for pan India, so from starting we found network of Jio in everywhere not matter it is rural, urban or metros. And this is the key to reached 10 million subscribers less than a year. The network is awesome and easily available everywhere, so I never found any connectivity problem in last one year. The data speed is also great I normally get 8-12 Mbps speed which is more than a normal user required.
Secondly the Customer Service is parallels important for a good telecom operator. Their support is also good as per my experiences. Few times when a huge rush for Jio was there there is little bit problem with the speed of data but they fixed it after a single complain. So I must say their service is also up-to mark.
Finally Charges and Billing segment the most important from an Indian customer point of view. So my friends from last one year it is free calling, sms and data all. The main features is that they dont cheat customer like a black day where no special pack work just because it is free. TIll now they dont charge a single rupees to anyone. But this scheme end in 31st March 2017. Still nothing to worry because there are huge combined plan in there website which one you like you can take. And still all there plans are cheaper than any vendors in this field just because they dont charge for call its totally free. They charge just for data.
So guys in my final verdict I must say that you must have a Jio sim in your mobile. Its may be your primary or secondary does not matter.
Thanks for reading my reviews.
Regards-
Rajesh.
