Network is very fluctuating

I have Changed my number from other operator to Jio because as I have heard many things about Jio about their connectivity and the prices which they have which are very less as compare to other service operator. When I ported my number in jio after porting, Till first two months it was working great and I think I did the right thing to port my number. But after two months suddenly the network connectivity went bad to worst and I start facing problem while surfing Internet and also the network was fluctuating too much even I want some time not able to make a phone call. then I called their customer care centre and I tell them about my problem and they told me that they are working on that and my problem will be resolved within five days. But after five days when my problem was not resolved I call them again and they simply told me that in my area they are not providing their service then I then I told them if you are not providing your service in my area then why are you selling your Sim cards in my area and they simply hang up on me and after that I decided to port my number back to my previous operator.If you talk about the billing the billing is very good like I don’t have any problem with the billing cycles all like the charges which they are charging from customers because they are quite less than other operators but why what my concern is that if they are charging 500 bucks for three months so they should give a proper network to everyone if they are selling their Sim cards in some areas where they are not providing their services then they should like to set up their Towers so that people in that area also enjoy their service without any hassle.


In the end I just want to say that jio is doing a very good job But I just want to say that please maintain your network strength so that no one face any other problem just like I face.
