I m using Jio for about 8 months but it’s speed is decreasing day by day and today due to lots of traffic it catches only the speed of 0 to 100 kbps.Charges and Billing -Plans are affordable but they are too business minded that they are charging lots of money like in the name of Prime Membership etc.Network -Signal strength is too low inside the house even it does not catch signal I have to sit in the Terrance in order to get good signal Strength.Customer service -Customer Care Services are very bad. If we complain about something they tell to do many things but any of them doesn’t word. At last they ask to go to service center and complain there.If you are going to buy this sim please don’t do this work. In my recommendation you should bye another operator.
