Jio is new company which is inspired by digital india movement.its thier attempt to connect every indian digitaly and their attempt to make voice calls free and provide cheapest price so there are opinions on jio that though using 4g data people are unable to open play store people are also complaing that it is having low coverage problem so hoping that in future jio provides a better network coverage and their 4data atleat works like 4g however since its a new program cannot expect much from jio just hoping they perform good in future in win trust of every indian induvidual just like they trust vodafone, airtel etc.
