Based on the reference number shared by the Paytm team I had contacted Jio customer care .

Jio Transaction reference number: BR0000BZNDMY
To my surprise I was told that instead of my Jio number 7979781161 the recharge was done to 7979771161 .
I have done the recharge through My Jio app which automatically takes my Jio number 7979781161 . And there is no place where I had made any inputs for the number when using MyJioAPP as it takes the number from the Sim itself .So there is no mistake from my side.
This is a mistake on the part of Jio, where it seems the transaction has been manually updated in the backend as initally I got a failed message on my Jio APP(recharge for 399 done on 18th)and the same was confirmed by Jio customer care as they could not find a Jio Reference number when I had called corresponding to the Patm reference number which was visible at that time within 30 mins of recharge.
Jio customer care had initally agreed that the amount will be refunded and asked me to get in touch with Paytm .
Paytm came back with a successful transaction number from Jio which was initally denied by Jio team.
When I repeatedly insisted to provide the details of the transaction, Jio Customer care said the recharge was done through Jio.com and not through Jio APP which is a lie .
After 20 emails Jio customer care has even stopped responding . I had even copied emails to Appellate authorities but they also do not respond .
This is height of cheating and more than it no fear of law.
