Today I will talk to you about reliance. I know most of you are using the sim for last few months, but there is something which you would really appreciate about reliance jio.
1.) Network Coverage- It has the best network coverage. I have used the jio sim in train while travelling through various places and most of the time I was able to use youtube without buffering. Even while trekking in dense forest at top of the hill I found its network. So its network coverage is excellent.
2.) Customer service- Its customer service is not so good. There is huge traffic on the network and therefore the voice calling is always interrupted. Although its internet service is excellent but its voice calling service still needs to much of modification.
3.) Charges and Bill- Ofcourse we all know that it was free to use for last few month. Even now you can use 1Gb data free of cost with 4G speed after that speed reduces to 128kbps unlimited.
So overall it is good. You can buy the sim and avail its excellent internet service. In future reliance is expected to improve its voice calling service.
