Hey friends this is naresh. Today I am sharing my experience with jio network. I am a user of jio from july 2017.i am quite happy with jio network because it’s networking is increasing day by day from place to place. But the drawback is that when I travel in train then internet doesn’t work properly and speed even comes down to 15-20kbps in 4g high speed data. Customer service is even better than other networks because you can chat with the operator employee and tell them our network problem directly to them without waiting. There are many plans for customers according to their needs so they can choose best offers for themselves at a good price than other costly networks. I am a prepaid customer so I have no experience of billing so I can’t tell about billing. Thank you
