Jio SIM Number does not look valid; Jio4GVoice fails to register Jio SIM in JioFi.
Going by the advertisement on Jio’s website I have purchased a JioFi Device that promised 4G Data and HD Voice on 2G/3G Smartphones, Jio’s Website also insisted visBrianbalakumaranrs to activate a new Jio SIM by 31March 2017 to get the Prime membership status. The purchase of JioFi2 Device and a new Jio SIM Prime Membership connection cost me exactly Rs. 2401/-
Unfortunately, I have been unable to avail Jio’s HD Voice on my 2G/3G Phone, even after 11 days from buying said connection. Many complaints made by me to Jios Customer Service did not resolve the issue of registering the Jio SIM in JioFi2 Device with the Jio4GVoice App(HD Voice) on my on 2G/3G Phone, it declined to provide me promised HD Voice on 2G/3G Smartphones stating the reason "Jio SIM Number does not look valid".
Meanwhile, I have performed the following operations,
Uninstalled Jio4gVoice App, reinstalled its version 4.1.3 on Haier E619 3G/2G Smart phone.
Kept Jiofi2_C25538 data on while using Jio4gVoice.
Attempted multiple time for registering the Jio SIM in the JioFi2 Device with Jio4GVoice app, but every attempt failed.
Checked Jiofi2 signal was very strong and network was not fluctuating
Tried registering the Jio SIM in JioFi2 Devise, but every time registration unsuccessful,

Every time I made a complaint to Jio Customer Service, but without resolving the problem, they replied with the same message, “Your service request ID SR* has been successfully resolved. For any additional queries, please email us at care@jio.com
