I am using Jio sim since 13 months. And I haven’t faced any problems with regarding network. Even though it has very poor signal strength it gives very good speed. It has customer service in all cities. It’s customer care number is 18008899999. If yo have any complaint regarding Jio you may call to 198 and Jio helpline number is 199. It gives very good offers. I use 399 rupees pack. In all packs it gives unlimited net pack and free calls. At first the sim was free of cost but we should provide money to get a Jio sim.
