It is good network operator given through reliance company. But it’s speed is vry slow. Voice calling feature is very bad. Firstly signals are very weak and after all when a call connect, it goes to another person instead of that one whom we have to call. After 4 or 5 times calling it get to the correct person we have to call. Network signal always stay at one or two points. I’ll never recommend jio for calling.
Server is almost busy every time, I think it is due to a lot of users but also due to lack of jio towers.
I recommend to improve the network signal for the jio users. Setup more towers and customer care facilities to every cities.
