Hello friends , I am also a customer of jio sim now I am going to replace this network because there is lots problem in jio sim , they are saying that its 4g but its not 4g network because their service seems like its a 3g network, even 3g network works better than jio , the main problem with jio is slow net speed even after customers are paying full charge of 4g network and they are giving speed of 3g , every day 1 gb data of my sim is reduced to zero even I didn’t use full 1 gb , before 24 hours my 1 gb data reduced to zero , and thn net speed again reduced like I am using 2g network, in populated place jio net speed reduced and its doesn’t feels like that I am using 4g network because actual 4g speed is not this , when customers are paying more than 400 rupees for 4g than customer should also get what he is expecting, this was view on jio sim.
