I purchase jio sim and its lyf phone after 1 month of its prelaunching. In starting I was too much frustrated and angry on their service because after trying 8-9 times then a call can take place .but now it is done frequently.
NETWORK COVERAGE-
Its network is good in cities but but there is no spot of its network in villages and outward areas.internet is too much good in comparison to others.
CUSTOMER SERVICE-
Their custo.er service is good. Solve all problems if u can’t use this Sim. But they cant help u in network problems like if in your area its network is not coming or its too low then they will only confuse not give any perfect solution.
In all their customer service is good and also not charge for calling their as other operators.
BILLING-
Till 31st 2017 march it is totally free but after that they will charge for their services.
Charges for their services is less in comparison to other operators.
If you enroll in Jio Prime before 31 st march then their price too much less for you
At last I will say that you should use if you did not till now.
