After using jio service for over 3months I am writing this review, network strength initially was good but now facing frequent network drops, though I get network to surf in my home same as 2g speed. need to put downloads between night-morning or need to find such area where I get maximum speed. better than any other operator because getting internet and other services for free as of now.
havent tried to communicate with customer service till now. As of now we are getting services for free, would be having competitive price in future.
