Although Reliance Jio is giving us calling messing and internet in a package but for all this to work properly it needs a perfect network. As compared to this Jio other companies are giving good network. The worst part is that Jio only works on 1st sim slot and when we switch off the data of Jio then there is no network available to contact people. It doesn’t work in packed rooms and in some areas. We can not connect to people when we are in emergency. No proper internet even in 5GB pack we can not enjoy high speed internet. Jio needs to improve more and need more network poles to get it work nicely everywhere. It Also have ISD calling facility but no use of paying so much to that because of network problem. Customer service is OK not bad neither good. Charges and billing process is some what acceptable. Jio is not only working with sim cards Jio also have mobile phone and dongles which is satisfactory but as per the improper data service the cell phones are of no use. Do need much more improvement.
