I use the jio sim for a while and I can say the its not a best network
first I have to struggle for activate the sim then the whorst network problem I ever saw
it has the good 4g network in central delhi but not in outer delhi.and I live there is my bad luck I think.
COUSTOMER SERVICE:
now comes to customer service actully I never able to talt to any customer care service till now always say that line is busy. Thats kind of coustomer service they provide to us.they just target to sell millions and millions of sim so their consumer increase
I dont think I want to tell you about calling survice provide by them.call ten time then it comnnect to one on a rare moment.
it gives us free survice I know but it gives us the network like that.
CHARGES:
the is free on relience store
but after promo period expires you have to pay as little as rs150 for 300MB net and free calling I think on that time the network have some improvement somehow.
