I am using Reliance Jio for past 5 or 6 months and its the best network for me till date.
Basically we need from a network is the Internet speed and good voice call quality. Till date I am having no major problems with voice calls and the Internet speed is very good till the 1GB per day. The download speed is very good. After the 1GB finishes you can use the Internet for browsing only, it really slows down but 1GB is I think sufficient for one day for many of us.
I haven’t interact with the customer service many times because I didn’t need to. But once or twice I have called the customer service and they responded well.
The best thing about Reliance Jio is its price. Its the revolution in India that Jio made Internet and voice calling so affordable that you can use it without any fear of how many GB or MB left in my Internet plan. And making all voice calls free of cost is the best thing. So minimum of price for such a long time is the best thing.
