CONS: -
Internet Speed is 3G, Not Reliable, Full network shows but internet doesn’t work, Gigafiber is not available even in 21st century, Jio Centre many time don’t have jio sims.
REVIEW: -
1) NETWORK speed is 3G, my internet speed shows in kbps not even 1Mb. After talk to customer care they always says have patience work in progress and Many users are using internet at the same time.
2) Sometimes internet works only on specific place where even I can’t move my smartphone even my device slightly moved Internet is Gone at full network Dude I’m Like What the Fuck! Not again.
3) You can recharge your number from any platform you like to get recharged.
4) They say book GigaFiber I always tried to book but they always say ’WE’LL COME SOON IN YOUR AREA’. I even contacted with those who are working with connection and setting up the network I said then many time I will give you customers Me & My Freind are willing to have that connection but The person working for connection says we can’t help you it’s not up to us. I live in Chandrapur. I know they are setting up the connections but at the wrong place where customers are not present doing all opposite.
5) I hate that service now I Use UCN Wifi which is good and I don’t have to wait for Jio.
6) If you are facing problem with the network open my jio app and just trouble-shoot it. Your internet will get better. It worked with me and I hope it will with at your end also
7) Recharges are some what crazy do any recharge your are giving him she amount money ??. In yearly plan 100-200rs goes excess but I think its stupid.
8) You can also Recharge with ’WORK FROM HOME’ packs where you don’t have to recharge with basic plan. I used it and internet works very well no need to worry at this time everyone is online and you can call them on any social platform they are all At Home using Internet.
