Waste of money>

When I moved to a new location I was trying to install cable service. one of the guys came from Jio Fiber and showed the plan details.


As the box was already hanging in the kitchen I decided to try for three months even though the guy insisted on going for six months with plus benefits. My sixth sense refused. I wanted it on a trial basis.


I came to know almost all tenants in this building were using Jio fiber. the engineer came to install it, It worked well.


However, due to some reason, I decided to move to a different flat in the same building after three months. I was not sure whether to continue with the TV but I still wanted to keep the service for the laptop.


Even though it was a prepaid plan after collecting the setup box and remote they informed me that the bill had been generated. For what its prepaid plan>


I paid for that one month and used it till 31st Dec. My paid plan ends on the 15th of Jan. I requested to relocate the service to the new flat in the same building.


Guess what > the app says the service is not available. the rep repeated the same dialogue. service not available. can you even imagine the shamelessness? I have been using it for three months and the app says service is not available.


I called the senior rep said the service couldn’t be installed as service is not available in that area. Almost all more than 20 families are using the Jio fiber in my building. But for my request to relocate to a different room, they said service not avail.


They refused to refund the amount and services were terminated as no service avail.


I wasted money.


I knew their mobile service but realized fiber is worst.


I called the person who offered me the service, He never picks up the call.


The person who installed the service confirmed that almost all are using the Jio fiber service in this building. Is this carelessness or Jio does not use the proper Google map? Do they even care?


Is it legal to provide service where it says service is not availed?


my complaint >service request number is SR00001TSQOZ. You will receive an update by 2024-01-05T22:44:34.


My service was disconnected from!st of Jan and was paid till 15th jan .On 16th again they generated new bill.
