I am using reliance jio since august 2016, service was not so good earlier but as days progresses reliance jio recovers its services more and more customers got attracted and started using reliance jio because of comparitively cheaper data plans and services and today reliance jio is the leading mobile operator of the world however there are very pros and cons of relaince jio
PROS:-
daily 1gb data plan and 300minutes free calling to any service provider with best quality of hd voice
roaming free plans with all free jio services
comparitively cheaper data plans than other mobile interer service providers, just to hold thier customers others
ISP’s are decreasing their prices to prevent their customers from slipping them from their mobile operators, older days we buy internet plans 1gb at atleast rs 150 but t
his are of older days
- best coverage as october 2017 in most of the part of india, Data services might be slow but signals are there to
make and receive calls
- Earlier there were drop calls but now the problem has fixed we does not face call drop and voice quality is also very
good as compare to other mobile operators

Introducing "JIO 4G VOICE" an application to those 4G users who’s mobile phones doesn’t has VOLTE

HOWEVER IT ALSO HAS SOME CONS:-
No talktime packs-since relince jio has no talktime packs we have to totally depend on reliance jio packs
Speed throttling, Jio is known for throttling speed sometimes speed is good but sometimes but sometimes speed
decreases and as the daily data packs gets over we does not get speed of 128kb/ps which is promised by reliance jio
to the customer’s
fooling of LYF mobile customers-RCOM Forced their customer to but LYF mobile phones by ditching CDMA and force them to buy LYF mobile phones or to switch them to 4G handsets
Need VOLTE for calling, which lacks in some phones peoples have to be online in "JIO 4G VOICE" to receive and make calls
OVERALL EXPERIENCE:-
Till now reliance jio has very good services they are developing their services to benefit their customers even in rural areas peoples re using reliance jio which let them use their services and which is very helpfull to make india digitilise, Reliance jio has caused headache to other service providers and to all greedy telecom who charge most for data services and call rates
however data plans validity is upto 365 days we can use reliance jio services upto one year by single recharges, Other service providers are decreasing their prices due to reliance jio to prevent their old users because with the help of mobile number portablity the can swith to reliance jio
