Hi, I purchased Jio sim for Moto G4plus model and sim is activated, verified and working but
showing me networking and internet speed issues .There is huge drop in internet speed in Jio.
whenever I call to customer care. they didn’t pick any call .even you call continuously for more than 1 hour.At tonight, 4g net is too slow, I cant open a page and downloading speed is 8 kbps.there is WROST coustomer support service.
I knew this would happen after all its from Reliance.hope reliance will fix this issue in Himachal soon.
we like the Jio’s idea of selling the sim in free with unlimited data and calls but now disliking the speed of internet which is too slow now.
