JIO is no.2 telecom sector in India right now after Airtel.
The network coverage of jio is very wide but when it is launched in India and free services given gave a huge boost to the customers of the company. The network is widely spread in india but the signal strngth and speed is not upto the mark as compared to airtel and idea. But people tolerate the problem beacause it was free but now when it is going to be paid people will not tolerate.
Customer services are well but there is a huge amount of call drop on JIO.
Charges and billing will be very high From JIO after march when it will be paid service.
But people who are addicted to jio will go for it and company will earn a lot.
