Hello everyone, JIO recently launched Dhan dhna dhan offer @Rs.399.I am also JIO user But important thing is that if operator failed to provide good network strength continuously then whats the use of this offers its waste totally.Reliance JIO providing its services & network quite good in few cities not all over India. My friend was complaining about whenever they called me, they tried 8-10 times to called me on JIO afterwards calls was connected and frequently calls was dropped after few minutes that was irritating and time wasting.
Also the INTERNET connectivity and speed is not continuous, so many disturbances occured. While video calling on mobile its freezes calling or many times reconnected.Also I called to customer services they just giving false promises regarding improvement services and frequently said check your handset compatibility or your location or you settings bla bla bla.
I just leant fro JIO nothing is free and get easily in this world. Its just wastage of your money and important time.
