We were happy that Reliance is going to serve us free 4G internet and unlimited calls. 3 months ago I got a sim for myself from that day to till date I did not get a good network connectivity. Most of the time I phase problem while connecting a call. Internet works fine in early morning and late night, in day time you leave it in God’s hand. There was a news that in terms of service and connectivity Reliance Jio is going to beat India’s biggest telecom service provider Airtel but I am not hesitating to say that there is no comparison between Airtel and Reliance Jio. Airtel is far better than Jio. Jio’s customer care doesn’t respond. If you need telecom service in morning and late hrs then you can go for it otherwise don’t take it as your primary number, use it as secondary.
