I used jio for last 1 year and my experience says that jio is worth while network . because in some area it has no net work so there are many network problem and speed is slow like 2G .
I didn’t try customer service centre so I don’t know about that. the charges of reliance jio is low but that type of service are not provided by them. I really tired from jio because most of time outgoing is off it’s a terrible.
