I tried to dial Jio helpline from my Jio number using lyf handset I tried for 45 minutes and gave up as I couldn’t get through.
Jio is spreading rumors that other established networks like Airtel and Idea are trying to scuttle Jio by deliberately blocking calls from Jio, It is not true, as one cant get through to Jio helpline numbers which are on Jio network.
What can be explanation for poor connection to Jio helpline from Jio mobile numbers? Surely this can’t blamed on rival networks.
I rated Jio one star because it is not possible to rate zero and below.
