Have been using jio and also provided the sim to my dad and cousin as well but not a good review from either of us.
The network is only available in some areas mostly porsche areas where you know that the network would be there but the moment you step into the outer regions of the town you loose network and specially as my cousin is using the hotspot device of jio and he prefera using it while driving or travelling so he never gets the proper juice from the network and he has to switch to his other network on his mobile for surfing.
The downloading speeds drops tremendously from time to time.
I know this sim has been launched so that everyone can use internet but please atleast pump up the network so that that really everyone in every region and area can use internet. Whats the point of only providing the signals in some high end areas and cities where as the others are just keeping the sim in their phone for the sake of having a sim there.
The network needs to be boosted otherwise paying 350 approx money every month is pointless when every other service provider is providing similar plans now. Atleast their reception and customer service is far better then jio.
