This is just my opinion about Jio Network. Every one Know Jio providing fabulous offer on their services. When it launched in market every one fell on their free services. Now a days customers are realized about Jio Network. The company saying always about their wide range of network. But in real the network is very poor in the remote areas. In the same sometimes network will lost totally. This is a big difficulty.
Customer service is good but the regional language is not available so far. Ordinary people is facing problem in language.
If match with other cellular service Jio is the best. But I feel in the future we will compelling to pay a big amount for their service. Now Jio giving different plans to customers So we can select package as per our requirements. Jio is providing data for low charge. Now only Jio providing data plan in cheaper rate.
Also through their jio app we can easily recharge and always cash vouchers to customers, this is also highly attracted by them.
