No doubt Jio is one of the best service providers today in terms of price but the data speed is too low to be called 4G.The speed is like that of 3G and Jio is not doing enough to improve the services.
I complained them about 10 times and they assured that a new site is planned for your location but still no sign of it after waiting 3 to 4 months.
Reliance Jio is giving tough competition to other providers but should improve speed and quality.
