Reliance Jio is the new telecom operator. Its good but its not perfect like Airtel. Too much call drops are there in jio, being a 4g network it still can’t provide better speeds. I am saying better speeds and not good speeds. I am getting 200-300 KBps speeds only whereas when I am using the Vodafone 3g sim I was getting like 700-900 KBps of speed. When I tried Airtel 4G I got awesome 5-7 MBps of downloading speed. Jio just created a place for it by offering free data and calls but none of both works perfectly. I have to call a person 3-5 times, after that my call connects. Hope that jio will fix itself. Many a times there is no network of jio while Airtel works great.Jio never works in a basement while Airtel is jindabad.
Customer service is also not good. They keep on telling that soon the service of Jio will improve but is not improving since 3 weeks. I am very disappointed.
