Jio is now a revolutionary step to the next level of communication. Surely a boon to indian smartphone consumers. Not up to mark in the sense that only urban customers are enjoying its services to the large. The rural ones are still behind due to its poor coverage. Why they did not cover every area equally? This is the first drawback of jio. Second one is data speed is not of 4g kind. My personal experience with 3g was quite fast as compared to jio 4g, again because of incomplete preparation before the launch. Third one is that Jio has the worst call quality, lots of busy network, not reachable excuses most of the time. Consumers at the cost of free data do not bother about the basic call quality. Everything free may be a good reason to make customers easily but not in the long race where always quality speaks.
