Today I wanna review about Reliance jio, the company which offered a free sim cards to the customers last year and even free outgoing calls, free internet for almost a year. When I heard about this I was really shocked that how it can provide the free service to the customers for almost a year, this news had shocked the entire nation and also other telecom sectors in India. It was free so I decided to go the nearby reliance jio centre to purchase a sim card I carried with me an Aadhar card and 2 photos for the document purpose. When I reached there the store was full crowded an it took near about 1 hr to get my sim as there were only 2 company persons in the gallery.
When I bought sim home I inserted it in my cell phone and it took a week to get started. When it got started I was really happy as it was gonna save my prepaid charges for nearly about an year. I started facing issues within some days, when I use to call I was not able to hear the voice clearly from the person with whom I am speaking to, the net was also working very slow even it was a 4 g network, I got really upset with this sim and I made a decision to insert my previous sim in my cell phone.
After some days I came to know that about 90% of the people must be using jio sim cards and the towers which they had installed were less as compared to buyers in the market then its sure shot that there is going to be a problem of network. So according to me providing free service dosn’t matter what matter is the quality of service that you offer to the customers then only your customers will be happy.
