Reliance Jio has the number of 4g users and the best coverage compared to other companies in india. When we talk about 4g coverage no other company can beat jio, and it’s offers and plans are great.
Pros -
Best Network coverage.
Free unlimited calling(forget your calling bills)
Cheapest data plans.
No blackout days(now one can call or msg free their loved even on new year, holi diwali etc. where telecom companies used to cheat us)
Cons -
call connectivity(sometime it’s very difficult to call from jio)
Slow internet speed(in some areas i’ve checked even 52 mb/s, A 4g network should always be faster than 2mb/s but sadly it is.)
Customer care(used to be great but now its almost impossible to connect)
Without a doubt JIO has changed the way telecom companies used to treat customers. Has changed the market rules. Has taken India several step ahead in data consumption. Please Jio make your services better people like me surly love to pay.
