Its always been a saying that Reliance will never let you earn or will never give you any benefits.
When it started with Jio it revolutionised the mobile and internet world of INDIA.
When the other Giants like Airtel and Vodafone were charging more than 250 rupees for 1GB of 3G Data. at that time Jio initially gave free 1 GB daily. I mean it was just shocking. Initially I even didn’t believe and didn’t even bothered buying a card thinking that it may be for a month or two and then it will charge more.
Ultimately when my friend also poked me then I bought the cared and started using it.
It changed my internet use altogether. Where I was saving kbs of data because I had to save it for whole month. and suddenly even MBs of data was nothing for me.
I was freely watching my favorite videos on youtube, downloading movies which usually took the whole day started downloading in few mintues.
Jio just rained the internet data on their users and after using it for more than one year I am still equally amazed with the offers of JIO. I am getting 1.5 GB of data daily. So it is just amazing. still the plans rate are lower than any other operators.
When it comes to Network: Being a new operator I though that there will be major issues of network. But in that also Jio ranks the highest in coverage. and I have checked it to the norther border of India when I was travelling to NEPAL. And in MANALI and in Dharamshala. I have been to these distant locations. And even there also the network flows like anything. So in that area also there is no comparison to it.
Customer service: I have very rarely need to go to the customer service as I am fairly satisfied with it. But just few days ago my husband lost the mobile and had to go to the Jio store for reissuance of the card. And they gave a new card in just 10 minutes without charging a single rupee and it got activated in half an hour.
Charges and Billing: As I have already discussed the charges being the lowest, most affordable. it charges around 350 rupees for 84 days which is the lowest and also provides 1.5 GB a day which is also the highest of all.
So the main issues that one faces with a mobile operator are Network, Charges and customer serivice. and in all these areas JIO has given satisfactory services and I am utmost happy with everything.
