I am Reliance Jio’s user since 2017. The Speed of the internet provied in the starting was awesome but slowly it’s speed is getting worst. Many times I could not even watch youtube in low quality even though I have my data limit left. Online customer service is also not good, I have opened up an case in ending 2017’s and they replied me in march 2018.
