I thought this would be really good as the company flaunted about it. I actually also used this sim before it was launched in Mumbai when it was launched at Gujarat. So I used a friends connection for quiet a period of time and after that experience of mine I was eagerly waiting for the Mumbai launch.
And later when it did, first of all the sim has not been activated since last 15 days. I bought two sims in my family. One of them got activated after 12days and one is still pending.
Customer service for the activation of the sim is also a big zero. I received a message that your sim is activated. It took a whole day for me to connect to the customer care for the confirmation call. The phone just keeps on ringing and ringing. Almost for an hour I kept it going but no response. Such irritating this is. So even after your sim is activated you have to wait. You eed to call hundreds of times. Useless!
Although there is no use of this sim that got activated as I am unable to use the internet. It worked fine the day it got activated and later it was off for the next 4 days. Again working for a day and then off. I can only make voice calls. Such a nuisance.
You cannot seriously depend on this network. It is pathetic. I had hopes for this but they led me down. If you cant do things in 15 days that you promised to do in 2days then a big 0 for you guys. Very poor work. I guess all the planning for these guys superr failed.
I hope they just make up all of it, which is difficult I guess, or then just say it that you wont be able to do and just dont keep people waiting and waiting. Afterall they are just expecting what you promised and nothing great than that.
