Recently I have brought a Reliance Jio to test the free services. It takes more than seven days to activate. Then I used it for 5 days, after that I have obligated to reject the sim for some reasons. The reasons are.
The network coverage in very poor at rural area or few distance from the big city. As I luve in a small village so Jio is totally useless for me.
They called it as Jio 4G. I have tested it in a city ( at Kolkata) to test its speed. But alas! its speed less compared to 3G of other networks.
Customer service is all bad.
I think its Charges and Bill will be more after the period of ’Welcome Offer’ . Because all the services of Jio are based on Data plan. I think to avail all the services for one month it will take more than 3GB data. Whose cost is more than 500 at Jio Plan.
So think carefully before take a Jio Sim.
