While talking about contemporary telecom service provider, Reliance jio holds a strong position. Reliance jio has been initiated a competition among the telecom companies. It has been providing free data from past 6 month as a welcome offer. As it was free of cost though peoples were getting slow internet connection sometimes even slower there was no problem at all. But now jio users need to take prime membership and will have to recharge with according to jio plan. As other service providers like Airtel, idea, Vodafone also have started giving their customers free data and voice call as a competition to Jio in a reasonable price , jio will have to face trouble since airtel, idea, and Vodafone’s voice call quality, network quality, and Internet speed is too good in comparison to jio.
From the beginning jio’s voice call and network quality was very poor and it drops too many phone calls. Peoples have a chance to shift from jio to other service providers. Sometimes jio’s outgoing and incoming calls totally shuts down. And it never get fixed. Customer service agent can’t provide an accurate reason why the user is getting the problem.
