Hello, my name is Pradipta Roy, I am from kolkata. I have a very bad experience in Jio Network, even with jio support, let me share this with the world.
At first Jio was good, but after 6-7months then it comes with a vital problem.
At first I may tell you guys that they promised to give unlimited calls, but truely it is not. here is why,
In 9th of june, at 01: 01am ( IST) they send me a message regards to my voice calls. It was-
Outgoing voice service on Jio number 912384* has been discontinued due to misuse by making abnormally high number of outgoing calls. This is a violation of the terms and conditions under which the services are being provided. Please recharge and activate your upcoming plan through MyJio app to continue using voice services.
First of all there was no warning before block. And mostly when I called in customer service they are argued with me regards messsge. I told them I did not recieved a single warning messages. But still they are sayning before block messagge I should recieve a warning message. Finally they told me the secrets of unlimited calls,
#Not more than 100number calls in a month
#Not more than 5hrs a day in a single number
#Not more than 1200mins in a week with a single number.
Then I did a recharge for 3months. Then comes the epic part,
They blocked my voice again on, 1st july.
Then I called them again. cause I was aware from this conditions. After waiting 45mins 2times in IVR regards to talk with the Supervisor. Then they did not recieved the call and then I search on internet about the matter. then I discovered a huge truth. Many people are facing this problem even with not more than total 1hr calls a day.
Finally I decided to port my connection to other provider then comes another vital part.
During porting period JIO called me for feedback. I repeated the same as I am facing from them. Then the person tells me-
Recharge to make voice calls once again. If not then you can use whatsapp, facebook for calls. You have to compromise.
Guys think for a while is it correct?
Then I told him that I finnaly decided to port in another provider, please. Make sure the porting process will be faster, Thank you.
Then I hangup the call.
