Being business oriented and providing free internet service to the consumers was no doubt really very great on the part of jio but if we talk about todays scenario the services are worsening day by day.I have rasied many issues sometimes regarding the network connectivity while sometimes regarding the internet connectivity.However I do get a reply from their end but no resolution to the same and the answer from their end is that the users have been on a rise exponantially and the issues like these are normal.I dont expect a consumer getting these type of resolutions from the administrative end.So I would advise jio to come out of their own world that they are the leading network in india and strive towards excellence and perfection and give valuable response to their customers.
