It is actually better than any other broadband in India as per my experience. While downloading the speed varies from 1mbps to 5 mbps, after your file downloaded half, the speed declines from 500 kbps to 600 kbps. I don’t know what is the problem. But the speed I feel is better than other until now.
Call quality is average but its free. So it is appreciable and should not covered under negative point.
SMS extremely fast no matter what is the size.
After free service, the tariff plan is expensive and not affordable to middle class.
You need a power bank because it quickly consumes too much battery power. The regular charging and discharging problem will annoy you. The customer service person is not co-operative. There behavior is very poor.
