Before 2 years all we have to pay rs.200 for just 1gb data for one month and for call and sms service we also have to pay differently. So it quiet difficult for an middle class person to enjoy all the services at same time.
When jio launch in the market. it’s something like boomm.1gb daily data, unlimited calling, sms.free for a year. And that is revolutionary. which makes everyone shocked. firstly we saved kbs to do so. But now we can use all things freely.
Most important thing is now all the other network provider also give cheap data but not as jio.
I am also jio user and my jio number is 816876. And I am still getting better speed and offers than any others.
Speed and network issue- speed is just amazing is 2-3mbs and when it comes to network now is full network in all areas.
Customer care service - is good as much you think.
Over all this was the best cheap and fast network so far.
