Jio initially gained popularity by giving 4g internet services and calls for free. But as the time passed the services got poor as the connectivity to the 4g services suffered poorly and calls didn’t connect at the very first time. Apps provided by jio crashes regularly and updates are late. Recharge done with other than myjio app sometimes don’t get updated and the money too is deducted from the account. Myjio app is also unable to show all the history of the data usage and calls connectivity.
