There was a time in India when we waited on our 2G networks for 5-8 minutes just to download a song then there was a revolution of 2G to 3G we felt the speed better but still had the patience to wait, then JIO came into Indian market which flooded the market with LYF brand mobiles and made 4G available to common people as Samsung, Apple and Microsoft still were out of range. The JIO gave free data, messages, roaming and calling facility to its customer. All one was required just to have pay the cost of the mobile phone. The JIO made us used to 4G speed, surfing Internet, consuming GBs of data daily. The biggest problem which one faced initially was that calls were not being delivered, this issue was no doubt solved later on.
Today after having millions of customer still I don’t recommend JIO because on this device:
One can not turn of the mobile data, thus data gets wasted unknowingly.
4G speed no longer exits.
Calls are not connected at times.
If we’re having a mobile phone purchased from abroad then the LTE support isn’t there so we’re required to use JIO voice 4G app.
Applications of JIO are full of Bugs which slow down the mobile.
The biggest of all unwanted ads are displayed after ever 10-15 secs. which disturb ones work.
Surely this isn’t expected and customer service is also poor as all the times the executives are busy on another call.
